Meet the team!

Moving Target is managed by founders Patrick Dierdorp and Bart Overes. They work with a select team of seasoned professionals, guaranteeing a quality product with high production values. All our team members have strong experience in commercials, television and/or film. From their professional backgrounds they know how to create heroes and how to tell a convincing story in moving pictures.

By the way, we completely agree with Pixar and Disney boss Ed Catmull, when he said:
Always hire people who are smarter than you are!

If you think your expertise can be of added value to our team, please drop us an email. We’d love to hear from you!

Jurjen de Lange

Jurjen de Lange

Social media strategist and brand activator

First of all Jurjen is a happy skateboarder and longboard surfer, but when "Social became mainstream" he found his purpose in life: using modern technology and social platforms to teach brands and people how to act social again. Building engagement and real connections using these modern technologies. And it will all end up in meeting other people. Real people, by getting real stories. That’s what drives him, day in day out. The social language is the language Jurjen speaks for over 40 years, so it isn’t hard for him to translate this into social business, community management, social campaigns and creating content. He got a track record within the sports section (NOC*NSF, KNSB, KNLTB, KPN, ATPi), but has also experience within Corporates like ABN AMRO, SHELL, KLM, Flynth, KPMG.

My hero:

Robby Naish , at the age of 11, he moved to Hawaï and started a brand “new” sport Windsurfing. He created a world, a brand, a business just by following his passion and is still very active with his own brand and was even world champion Kitesurfing when it first came out in 1998. So he just followed his passion and with it he creates a world of it’s own.
